Our official Wechat account, GlobalFromAsia, needs some “tender loving care” and we are looking for motivated, independent, and happy Chinese customer service representatives to help us out!
What is this job about?
As you know, everyone in China uses Wechat – from posting on moments to chatting to friends, to keeping in touch with various Wechat groups.
We need help!
We have a ton of Wechat groups, our personal account (also GlobalFromAsia), and our official Account (GlobalFromAsia)
We try to keep up with all the messages, but need someone to keep on top of it on a regular basis, every single day!
This person can work remotely from home, or if they like work in our Shenzhen studio.
What are the normal tasks?
This is a typical day:
1) Check the company’s personal Wechat account – “globalfromasia” – via your phone or the company phone – we want you to keep all business chats inside this business-owned personal account. This way, you can keep your personal wechat separate from your work wechat. As we add more representatives, we may need to make more personal accounts, – so you will also have this business-owned personal account. Check this and treat this like a business email address.
2) Check official account messages – people are also messaging us on our official account and we need to check it regularly.
3) Check our Wechat groups – make sure no spam or ad, and keep conversation going.
4) Promote our content in groups, moments, and others directly. Let’s get the word out – in Wechat this is done by pushing it to everyone you can possibly know. Don’t be shy.
